At each appointment, we’ll have a short consultation at drop-off to ensure I fully understand your preferences. This also gives us the opportunity to discuss any coat or skin concerns and agree on the best plan moving forward. Grooming works best as a partnership, and clear communication is key to achieving the results you want.

The prices reflect the one-to-one, high-end experience I provide. This is a private, calm environment - not a conveyor belt of dogs, and not a rushed service.
Expect freshly laundered towels, sanitised equipment, and a relaxed, no-rush atmosphere. Expect tummy tickles, time to rest between bathing and trimming and a fresh bowl of water for each customer.

Full Groom
A complete, bespoke grooming experience suitable for all coat types.
Each full groom is carefully tailored to your dog and includes a luxurious bath using premium, natural shampoos selected specifically for their skin and coat. This is followed by a warm, gentle blow dry and a thorough hand brush-out to remove tangles and maintain coat health.
Once fully prepared, your dog’s coat is styled to your preference, taking into account what is most comfortable and suitable for them. The groom also includes nail trimming, ear cleaning, and finishing touches to leave your dog looking and feeling their best.
All drying is carried out by hand - I never use cage dryers - ensuring a calm, low-stress experience throughout.
A light fragrance spritz completes the groom.

Bath & De-Shed
Ideal for double-coated and shedding breeds.
This service focuses on gently and effectively removing loose undercoat while supporting healthy skin and coat condition.
Your dog will receive two de-shedding baths using high-quality, natural products tailored to their individual needs. This is followed by a thorough blow dry to help release dead hair and skin, aiding temperature regulation and reducing irritation.
De-shedding is then carried out using professional tools and techniques best suited to your dog's coat, along with a nail trim, ear cleanse, and light feather tidy where appropriate.
As always, no cage dryers are used - your dog's comfort remains the priority at every stage.
Finished with a light spritz of fragrance.

Mini Groom (Maintenance)
Perfect for keeping your dog comfortable and tidy between full grooming appointments.
This service includes a bath using premium, coat-appropriate products, followed by a gentle blow dry and brush-out.
Nails are trimmed, and a light tidy of the face, feet, and hygiene areas is carried out to maintain overall neatness. Ideal for long-haired breeds who require regular upkeep to prevent matting and maintain comfort.

A refreshing service suitable for short coats and low maintenance coats.
Your dog will enjoy a deep cleansing bath using high-quality, natural shampoos selected for their coat and skin type, followed by a thorough brush-out and professional blow dry.
Nails are trimmed as needed, and the groom is finished with a light fragrance spritz, leaving your dog clean, fresh, and comfortable.

Puppy Introduction Package
A calm and positive introduction to grooming for puppies up to 6 months of age. These sessions are carefully structured to gently familiarise your puppy with the sights, sounds, and handling involved in grooming.
Everything is introduced gradually, allowing your puppy to build confidence at their own pace. Creating a positive early experience is key to helping your dog feel relaxed and comfortable with grooming throughout their life.

Hand Stripping
Hand stripping is a traditional technique used to preserve the natural texture and depth of color status of wire-haired breeds.
This meticulous process promotes healthy skin and coat regeneration, ensuring your dog looks their best while feeling comfortable in our quiet, one-to-one boutique salon.
This service is particularly suited to wire-coated breeds such as Terriers, as well as some Spaniels and Setters.

Emmi-Pet Teeth Cleaning
Support your dog’s oral health with gentle, vibration-free ultrasonic cleaning. This non-invasive treatment helps reduce plaque and tartar build-up while keeping your pet calm and comfortable in our calm, salon environment.
Initial sessions are longer, with shorter follow-up appointments recommended for ongoing maintenance.
This service can be booked on its own or alongside a grooming appointment.
